A close up photograph of a bright green fern frond, in the last stage of uncurling. In focus is the tip of the frond, bending and pointing straight down. The small leaves on the side are slightly curled forward. At the to are two leaves that first extent out to the sides, then are bent forward with the tips curled up, resembling two horns. Behind, blurry but still recognizable, is the rest of the frond, rising diagonally from the lower left corner, with leaves growing out to the side with walf curled tips. The upper left and lower right corners show a bluish grey blurry background.
