It's the time of year when my neighbourly friends pilfer scented flowers for me and bring me little bouquets to scent my apartment and delight my soul. Here's a photo of a slightly drooping arrangement. In considering the alt text, I began with an AI generated description as I always do as a Blind person posting photos. inspired by all of you inclusion valuing folk who spend time and energy on conveying challenging visual info in words, I thought hard about the scent. It would be an easy default to say, and the scent is indescribable, but you guys have encouraged me to level up, because you always try to describe even the indescribable.

Thank for the reminder about the importance of Alt text and in reading your words I realize I need to be much much better with my descriptions.

@wishwish Don't feel pressure about it, you don't need to, but as someone who relies on it I'll just say for the millionth time how much I love Masto for how much alt text people offer.
