Queen ant update!
Her brood pile is the same size as her body almost. She has five larvae in silk pupae ready to grow up to be nanitics (in about two weeks)

I don't think I need to offer her any more bee pollen. That kind of supercharged her.
She's ambitious.

To be fair the bee pollen I gave her was tiny. Just one ball, about the size of an egg.
It's amazing how with so few resources she can just boot strap a whole civilization.
It's like a conservation of matter problem!
You do not need to feed queen carpenter ants at all, in the wild they just fast.
Ants will be so good at doing space travel and colonization of barren planets. They are better equipped for it than we are in some ways.
