I hate that there are creeps on here who come after those of my friends they perceive to be more vulnerable, but have all but completely left me alone.
It’s a canny tactic, intentionally or otherwise, because it unduly burdens them with the admin of blocking/reporting, but also more subtly sets up a condition where it’s easier for those of us *not* exposed to it to believe there isn’t a harassment problem on Mastodon. Trust me: there is, it’s gross and it shouldn’t still be happening.
