Either way, I like the movie Kingdom of Heaven and the only reason anyone cares about THAT fucking movie anymore is the Nazis' favorite scene, where Saladin's lieutenant see's Baldwin's army on the horizon and says "tell my Lord Saladin, Jerusalem has come." It gives them all kinds of nazi stiffies. That is also MY FAVORITE scene btw, but I prefer the part right before that when the same Lt, played by Doc Bashir from DS9 says "you may go into Karak, but you will die there."

We just make a lotta movies that at the end of the day, argue the Nazis are right about stuff.
And all of us like movies, so I'm not really calling you a nazi - I'm just saying Nazis weren't turning out for 300 because they liked Greek history.
@AnarchoNinaWrites They're also hyperindividualistic
@AnarchoNinaWrites US movies in general
@MeerderWoerter Definitely. We have a strong belief in the lone "complicated hero" meting out "justice" in the form of furious violence. It's our most enduring story as a culture.
