I got an email warning about "ticket scams" and immediately thought of Jira.
People should really be clearer about what they mean.

@neil to be fair, a lot of the Jira tickets I've come across are indistinguishable from scams - Project Manager expectations as realistic as the million Rand I've apparently just won and the issue's description as gibberish-filled as the scammer's terribly written message.
@neil imagine having to go to Ticketmaster to create a Jira ticket.
£10 for a ticket.
£2 ticket processing fee.
£3 payment processing fee.
£1 email notification fee.
