Honestly, normalise adding blocks of time to your diary that say 'I'm doing very important fuck-all, no more appointments'.
I am in a polycule and it really works for me except I can't say no when a partner wants to see me in an empty slot in my shared diary. So I invented another partner, Alan (alone, geddit?), to get some personal me time. He's flexible when needed so everyone likes him.

When I was employed, I used to do this at work, blocking hours out each afternoon, as otherwise I would be dragged into meetings and calls, and never get any Actual Work done.
We do this at home too - we block time out in our diaries if we want some individual "alone" time, or just agree that, this afternoon, we're going to be around the house but doing our own things etc.
@neil yessss. I really love time spent 'together but alone' - hanging out in the same house but doing your own pursuits. It's comfortable and relaxing, and also means you get to chat/reconnect about what you've been up to at the end of the day.
