@RolloTreadway @DJDarren I once made a vegan Italian meringue using aquafaba. It was an interesting process, taught me a few things about food science and I'm glad I did it to learn how the process worked, but it took three extremely time consuming attempts and made an inordinate amount of washing up for something that tasted no better than a dessert I could buy.
I feel much the same way about fixing computers.
