I forgot to post about this but, I was at an academy looking for information on a course for a librarian assistant position. (I had already given them an overview of my studies and such).
And the girl there goes:
"We don't offer the course for that... but why would you want to do that with your background in tech? There are so many new positions showing up to cover for the new AI infrastructures and those pay way more—"
My ears just stopped hearing at that point. I looked at the ground, said that I was sorry but I really had to leave. And I left.
What has life become? Did I just live with the wrong idea all my life? I have made bad decision sure... but is asking for a second chance so much? I just want to find some egress.
