Who’s taking your jobs? “The immigrants,” they say, while the government cuts 10,000 jobs. Who’s harming women and girls? “Transgender people,” they say, while they strip pay equity from women-dominated professions. Who’s taking the land and housing? “Māori,” they say, while they hand tax cuts and wealth to landlords and the wealthy. Working people are being turned against one another while those in power continue to profit. We need solidarity across our communities because if we allow ourselves to be divided by race, gender, sexuality, or identity, this government and the ruling class will pick us apart until all of us are left worse off.”
