Sometimes I don't realise how much Disroot actually gives me. I primarily use them for my Email and XMPP with Biboumi, but I've been giving their other services—like Forgejo, Nextcloud and now Akkoma—a chance. I can't do anything but appreciate the work that's put into Disroot to make it as convenient as it is. It's a really nice all in one package for those that need it.
If I didn't mind centralisation, I would probably have most of my everything on their servers at this point. However, I try to make my presence as decentralised as possible, and using Disroot for most of my services betrays that idea. Mind you, I don't assume the staff at Disroot are untrustworthy, I just think putting all your eggs in one basket is doomed to cause issues down the line. While it is less convenient, I feel more comfortable about it.
Genuinely, great work on Disroot, you lot are awesome. ❤️

@amadaluzia Thanks very heart warming to hear. I’ve been disroot fanatic myself and I’m really glad to see other people find it as useful as I do when using it. Though I did put all my eggs in :)
