Slack's "spring cleaning" UI pulls this cute little prank where the moment you scroll to the bottom of the long list of channels it suggests you opt out of, after painstakingly choosing which channels you want to leave and which you want to stay in, it closes the window, losing state. It's not like there aren't native implementations of selection lists that have been stable for decades. But no, you had to make your own using "web technology" because you can't be bothered to hire developers who know anything.
