I came out to the grand opening of East County Library in Gresham, now the second-largest library in Multnomah County. And wow! I was expecting it to be roomy, but this is next level! Very impressive inside and out. Huge crowd too for all the introductory festivities.
Turns out, people *love* libraries. Who knew? 😉

@jaredwhite Libraries rule. If you're in for a great read, check out The Library: A Fragile History by Andrew Pettegree and Arthur Der Weduwen. It was so good I read it in basically one sitting.
