Like, yeah, nuclear proliferation is bad but containment has increasingly failed anyway as the international order turns out to be worthless and everyone realizes they need it as a deterrent against rogue states like the US and Israel.
The fact Iran has never even really tried to build one despite Netanyahu being Chicken Little about it for 30 fucking years trying to start a war suggests to me they're the more responsible party.
