Very much liking that I can build my own pretty cohesive feed across protocols. And now use completely independent clients if I prefer.

Yeah, that's just a trick of the current lighting and her colouring. That's her Tortie Ear.
She is some weird mixed-up "Tortoise Point Siamese", except her colouring is 99% only seal-point (black and cream) but the pattern wound up being Tortoiseshell (usually a black-orange-maybe-white marling).
The only orange she has at all is one black-orange marled ear, which often looks "too pink" compared to the other, normal Siamese "pointed" ear (black).
It's clearer at this angle. She's got mixed up colour & coat pattern genes, AND a bit of a left-right asymmetry to boot. Her left legs are marled/brindled while her right legs are more like a typical pointed cat. Not perfectly, but noticeably different.
