they keep making the rust code of conduct even worse. "level of experience" listed up front is already deeply obnoxious but i also just realized this just says "we are committed" and doesn't actually tell people not to do hate crimes. all the other lines actively request ("please" lmao) not to do things or even specify the consequences for certain behaviors but they really couldn't stop at "level of experience"
