another week of no movement on the scale. I'm no longer bothered by it, because my arms are getting fucking shredded just by carrying a pair of 5lb weights during my cardio routine.
I do a 40-minute cardio walk with no weights, then another 20-minute walk *with the weights. five times a week. Usually if weather is good on Saturday, I take a walk around the neighborhood for an hour to round out the week.
I'm making progress in a myriad of other ways, so I'll stay here as long as it takes.
