why on earth would you make this a radio button 😂 😭

@shauna I’ve had to explain the difference between checkboxes and radio buttons to people in jobs that explicitly include web development. They’re like “If you want a circle, you use a radio button. If you want a square, you use a checkbox.”

A woman explains to her friends, “That’s not how this works. That’s not how any of this works.”

I like the idea that circles are inherently exclusive and squares are inherently inclusive though.

@shauna The fact that this is on an app for a data engineer position is especially ironic, since the poor engineering of the form guarantees that the data they get from that question will be mostly useless.
