It's incredible how good some vegan meat replacements have become. We made a pörkölt (Hungarian meat dish) from a Planted fake beef and it was straight up excellent

@Techaltar Would you mind sharing the recipe? I really want to get more into eastern european food, and finding authentically tasting vegan recipes seems hard there

- Fry up 1-2 onions, diced
- Add 400g planted beef cubes, fried for 5 mins
- Bloom spices for a few seconds (1 garlic or garlic powder , dried caraway seed powder, 2 tsp paprika powder)
- add 1 tomato can before spices burn
- add salt/pepper
- simmer for 10m
