Here's a behind the scenes look at our toy production process.
This is the plastic (well, rubber? It's a TPV, vulcanized rubber suspended in a plastic matrix) we mixed up yesterday, a combination of scrap regrind from other projects, some post consumer recycled plastics, and some green colorant.
At this temp, and with this equipment, we can make two rubbery Kumiai-Ki toys every 2.5 - 3 minutes.
