I just think that to some extent one will not be able to avoid some Server/Cient architecture unless being unavailable /temporary and non-persistent / permanent [like #Tox or #WebRTC-based applications] is an explicitly desired feature.
Take your time and don't be afraid if your first attempts are very minimalist and don't do all the things you want in Version 0.0.1, 0.1 or even 1.0 ...
Having fun building should be important to you...
