I use vim.
In the 1200 bps days I used ex for remote work. Screen refreshes were too slow for full screen mode.
@Em0nM4stodon nvim, I use astronvim that has a good setup out of the box and community plugin for most things.
It’s still nvim all other things work
@Em0nM4stodon xnedit, been trying notepadqq because the menus act a little wonky in Xwayland.
