In fairness to San Francisco, noting that the "X" wasn't on top of the Mart building in San Francisco for long, and AFAIK Twitter is fully out of that building now. (Not questioning that bad stuff goes on, only noting that it happens elsewhere, not at 9th-10th and Market.)
