@gregatron5 the glib answer is to run your own Forgejo. Private/personal/small company implies that you don't particularly care about the social aspect and really just need a tightly controlled forge.

Correct. This is my answer as well. If you use @omgdotlol, an instance of Forgejo is in beta. But I’m sure there are other folks doing the same.
