I need a non-technical guide for installing and using #Linux in Spanish for my mother-in-law. Anyone know a good one?

@Gargron
Las guías en español más amigables las hace el maestro Carlos
I would always recommend a local Linux Use Group!
@Gargron The MX-Linux manual is a very good guide, not just for MX: https://mxlinux.org/manuals/
The latest for spanish: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/MX-Linux/mx-docs/master/mxum_es.pdf
Non-technical? 😬
Hope this helps a bit with screenshots?

Depending on computer frustration tolerance you may be better off sending a kvm pre-bound to tailscale and then shipping it to install os remotely...

@Gargron Sounds like it could be a challenge. I've just installed Linux on an old Windows box just to see what the process was like, and there was a fair amount of messing around with the boot settings in the BIOS that a non-techie might find difficult (I didn't understand it all myself, so to some extent I was just changing plausible looking things not quite at random until it worked). And I've decided to have a rest before trying to understand the Wine (or somesuch) installation instructions in order to get the couple of Windows applications I need up and running.
@Gargron overview: https://sololinux.es/guia-definitiva-para-instalar-linux/ but doesn't cover GUI follow-up with screenshots (intro read material)
There's a good one on Linux mint but will take some time to read: https://linux.ciberaula.com/curso/instalar-linux-mint-paso-a-paso/
Hope that helps
@Gargron ¿Te vale un video? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cQDOJb9FXnU
@Gargron YouTube has been auto-dubbing a lot of folks's videos to languages other than the one it was recorded in, so you might be able to find a useful guide in English or something else and then just switch it to Spanish in the player settings.
@Gargron
Hum, unfortunately, a lot are a little bit technical. But this one for Ubuntu could be ok https://linux.ciberaula.com/curso/instalar-ubuntu-paso-a-paso/
