rpg.actor is quickly turning into one of the most interesting projects on atproto. im stuck in the mines of writing about eu policy stuff this week, wish i had more time to dedicate to writing about the fun stuff people are doing on atproto

theres the fun surface stuff of people creating interactive experiences, which is cool in and of itself, but i think rpg.actor also points at some really interesting underlying new features and challenges of open protocols
like that anyone can create and distribute items is really cool and showcases the power of open protocols, and also immediately gets into fun new questions on how to manage and moderate such a shared permissionless space for game items
in general, mass adoption of open protocols is much more likely to look like this than it is to look like a twitter clone
