@fetchezlavache Then again, if I am to take my students as a reference, for us it's stating the obvious, for them, it's useful information they hadn't thought about.
Remember, people are not made to think about solutions themselves. They wait for an instruction to tell them what to do or not to do.
@fetchezlavache With that being said, I'm in favor of the death penalty for people who park and leave the contact on of their cars.
@David one more motivation for naturalization : mess up with those cars (parking them elsewhere, shutting them down and throwing the keys in a ditch...) without risking deportation !
@fetchezlavache The problem is that more often than not the driver is still in the car (and they watch TV, or use their AC because they're going to spend the next hour in the car, because they have no better thing to do)
