Fediverse might want to think about offering a course for folk planning to set up an instance.
New Admins could learn:
-communications skills such as
.. the difference between a comment and a complaint
...don't assume anything and
...do not read between the lines of a comment
..if you woke upon the wrong side of the bed, do not reply
.. to save yourself embarrassing situations if you have a gripe use private messaging
-When you set up bots think about the messaging, how fediverse works, and expectations of users--after all words are important
