@pluralistic "Pizza Fresca" sounds so weird: "fresh" is used in English for anything recently made but in Italian "fresco" is used only for anything cold. So "Birra Fresca" (fresh beer) makes sense but "Pizza Fresca" summons the idea of a three days fridge leftover.

@pluralistic I miss pizza sometimes. But gluten-free crust is often chewy and inedible. And the last time I yielded to temptation and got 2 slices from the local place (because temptation may not pass this way again), my nose ran for 3 days and my eyes had trouble focusing without antihistamines.
