@Crell None of this is surprising to me (apart from Chrome exposing battery percentage), or particularly "dangerous", but I've lived through the entirety of the web's growth, so I'm an outlier here.
I did find this bit of hilariously wrong information kinda funny though. (I'm in Lisbon, Portugal atm)
@saramg @Crell I鈥檓 also not surprised, but my view of information online is probably similar to yours. I think when we started getting online, there was an implicit consent to share this information because we were choosing to get online. Today, being online is a societal requirement, so no one is able to make this choice; it鈥檚 made for them.
