Be sufficiently weird that no one can make a deep fake of you because it would be immediately obvious to anyone that it is something else.

A family and friends duress code phrase isn't the worst idea either. If it's not mentioned then it's not a genuine message.
@simonzerafa yeah, we have a few of them with the kids. We might never have to use them, but better safe than sorry.
Also for adults especially, if they are alone workers or visiting people outside the normal workplace 😕
