@Em0nM4stodon that's a good question I am not qualified to answer as a heterocisbinary dude *at all* so I boosted it.
In the City of London, there's a group meet-up called "Women In Tech" 馃榿
One older colleague used to mentor there.
She recommended it as an exercise in #solidarity
@Em0nM4stodon Evelyn & Bobbie. The founder, Bree, and I worked on a team together for about two years. She鈥檚 a good woman who lives on the path of gender equality. She developed a product for women that has been largely developed by men for far too long.
@Em0nM4stodon Some of my friends are happier in places where rights are upheld by politics, like NGO IT.
@Em0nM4stodon @alice I鈥檓 pretty pleased with diversity and representation at Accenture, and we have some great women in leadership at all levels (not just our CEO). Always happy to do referrals.
