I've got an old mini bike with a Briggs 2HP engine on it. The pull start shroud broke and a replacement is like $50. There are newer engines locally for $75-100 but they're more like 5HP. Is that too big for a kid's toy?

@brianb 5HP is quite rude. How old is said kid?
@erikcats both over ten. With a bigger motor, I could drive the younger two. I'd also make sure the engine is governed pretty heavily.
@brianb honestly, as a dad, I don't like that, but as the irresponsible idiot I've been for a good part of my life, I say make sure they wear helmets and are aware of risks hazards
