Off to vote in the Scottish Parliament elections.
For the uninitiated you can vote at age 16 and over, you get two votes.
One vote is a first past the post constituency vote for a candidate and the second is for a Party (or independent candidate) from a regional list.
Although not strictly PR, the system is designed give a more proportion outcome.
You also don't have to be "Scottish" to vote, just normally resident in Scotland and forfil the criterion that allows you to register to vote here.
