Well, @lobsters decided to slap a vibecoding tag on a story about a project I worked on, which was not vive coded, because someone trolled in the comments. Which meant the story was hidden for me.
If anyone is wondering why I don’t post there as much as I used to.
EDIT: I wrote to the mods yesterday to ask for the tag to be removed and gave them some background on why it was not appropriate. It was not removed, so this is a policy decision. Please don't pile into the threads to complain. I completely respect the rights of the lobste.rs mod team to make this call, I just want to point out that the consequence is that I will accelerate my downwards trajectory in posting there.
