@aud Sorta. The government can make it's findings public and then cut off funding. It would then be on UCLA to SUE them and get it back. A lawsuit they will probably win if they fight it - but they won't, what they're gonna do is "do racism for Trump" to keep the flow of government money intact. And Trump knows it because that's what everyone else agreed to do.

I understand that these stories sound ridiculous to you, but you need to grasp what it MEANS that it is not some random loon making these arguments - it's the US government. In effect, the US government is now working to enforce white male heteronormative supremacy, by making the argument that any policy designed to fight that supremacy, is actually discrimination and legally actionable racism against well, them.
@AnarchoNinaWrites We encountered this same nonsense at a counter-protest this Saturday just gone. A well-known fascist goon to whom I won't give further publicity, had a set up a stall with a banner saying "MASS DEPORTATION IS NECESSARY, CHANGE MY MIND" (following the famous meme format).
He was confronted by us and made the obscene claim that white people are the most discriminated against group in the UK. Same warped reasoning: if we're not totally in control of everything, that's racism. 🙄
Just MAKING that argument, no matter how ridiculous and fake it is, changes the legal environment in the United States. Furthermore, these actions are very clearly part of a larger program to legally codify that supremacy in American life forever.
Furthermore, look at who the regime is going after right? The New York Times, UCLA, and Smith College? These aren't pinko radicals mate - they're rich liberals. These are folks with money and power.
There is a LOT going on here in this sudden flurry of activity and I'm not really sure too many people are even paying attention while, as far as I can tell, Trump is legit just "going for it" - where "it" is the Fourth Reich under him.
