Idea: a "nice messages" bot.
You can write to it, and it replies with an anonymous nice message. The idea is that you're writing a nice message to someone in the future, and you get something nice from someone who was here before.
I'd have to manually moderate the incoming messages before they get propagated, but I could make a simple enough web ui for that.
I'd also have to run it a bit with no replies (or manual replies?), just to gather an initial pool.of nice messages to send back.
