I see buildings like this and my mind instantly starts fixing it up to become my coffee shop. Every. darned. time.
This building would be an amazing coffee shop. I'd bust out all that concrete out front and make a nice little garden area with tables for folks to enjoy their coffee outside.
The backside could make a great little seating area too!
