What if there were like youth sponsors who lived in your community, cared about the kids there, got their salary paid by the Platforms, and whose job it was to be someone that the kids could talk to when they get bullied
Because a youth ban on socials just sounds like giving kids a new reason not to talk to grown-ups about being bullied
@researchfairy Having it be The Platform is also an active choice as well. I think taking antitrust seriously and banning both advertisement and corporate mass surveillance could act to massively reduce the worst tendencies of social media.
