@thejapantimes The utility of the UN to help you attack other countries unprovoked? That鈥檚 not the purpose of the UN, Rubio. Same with NATO: it鈥檚 a defense treaty, not an attack treaty. The only way for these agreements to fail is if other countries went along with the US鈥檚 aggressive actions.
