@randahl After Trump's Navy showed off their ability to "guide" ships right into the explosive Strait of Drones, I don't imagine there were many captains eager to take their ship of combustible cargo through there.
@randahl or that the escort of each vessel is more expensive than just paying Iran the fee for passage?
