I'm not saying nobody has ever found dyslexia fonts useful but I don't think very many dyslexics have and I think it sorta serves as a way for people to feel like they're helping dyslexics without actually doing much. I don't blame them, they're trying, but I wish they knew about line spacing and breaking up paragraphs visually and other imo more important and effective ways to improve readability.
