I came up with the term "inclusive front" to mean the band of people who care about the web's inclusivity.
It's a play on words; we largely work on the front end, but I feel we're also like a political 'popular front' (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Popular_front) against a poorly built web that excludes people.
I will not gatekeep this term, so if you feel like you want to take it on, go ahead! Even if you're a backend person, or into security! All are welcome.
