You can now log into the Bridgy Fed settings page with your website using IndieAuth!
Bridging your website to the Atmosphere and the Fediverse just got a whole lot easier.

I don’t quite understand how it works. How does a website “sign up”?
@jerome They likely set it up using the tool we have on our homepage (the "Got a web site?" section): https://fed.brid.gy/
IndieAuth (https://indieauth.com/) is an auth server you can connect to your website.
This new feature lets a website owner who's added IndieAuth to sign into Bridgy Fed and change settings like a custom handle for the Atmosphere, block lists across the Fedi and Atmosphere etc.

And I can use that for any blog I follow even if I don’t own the website. Essentially bridgy fed can be a rss bridge

People often forget about being able to use Bridgy Fed with their website (it me, I am people), but I actually think if we add a few more key features, it could be a viable endgame for a lot of folks.
