well-cared for state-sanctioned execution, death of choice with limited exclusions. legal suicide, also death of choice with limited exclusions. are, to me, more humane options than carceral systems.
pro-prison people creep me out a bit.
@melioristicmarie I'm torn - I'm a prison abolitionist, but also nobody is gonna let me march like 80M nazis into the sea, so I'm at a point where "I believe in proson abolition firmly, but I am also starting to understand why the Soviets built gulags the size of football fields to keep their fascists out of the way."
Of course, that ends in political enemies in the camps - just as it did in the USSR. But I am out of good answers for "what do we do about the nazis" that won't get me arrested.
