had to throw my progress at shifting sleep/wake cycle earlier directly into the toilet because I got a gig which required work Fri/Sat/Sun and the first two days I wasn't able to get started until late afternoon due to intense dysphoria in the early part of the day. that's connected to why I was depressed for 3 months and it's not like that shit just vanishes when I get basic life functions back under control, especially when the situational factors driving it haven't changed.

anyway, it's fine, I'll just start the phase shift process over again in the next few days. I've done this hundreds of times in my life, it's part & parcel of having spicy circadian rhythm with spicy moods superimposed.
the encouraging part was that it took until today for my rhythm to shift back to where it was, which shows that last week's phase shift had indeed started to crystallize as expected. also my hunger timing has normalized.
