i think "insane" is ableist so i will not be using it except to refer to myself feeling insane

@hipsterelectron I've been avoiding saying crazy or insane for the most part but then when you look into it like the vast majority of our vocabulary er have to describe something being bad/abnormal is related to disability, including the idea of normal people/behaviors and I just don't know what to do with this for the most part
@dragon so to some degree i find the slurs thought-terminating and not really explanatory and i generally reject that
"this is insane" is borderline. "insane thing to say" is over the line imho
@hipsterelectron I think there is a lack of non-problematic slang for saying things like "this is naive, childish, willfully ignorant, illogical, and flat out silly"
