@kevinrenskers ... I would go the other way around and unless there actually is a `DO_TRACK` env variable it won't enable or send any telemetry.
@kevinrenskers Can’t see it getting much traction without the prerequisite CHANGE_BUSINESS_MODEL=1 flag.
