@jbz Curiously I've been in the company for 2.5 years and asked for feedbacks on my job and also a raise - which I think I deserve (but don't we all? 😅 ) - and manager told me that only way to get a raise is by bringing a job offer and they can try to match it
@jbz Before AI, the HHOS joke about hiring juniors was:
“We only hire Senior Developers. The trick is, we hire them earlier in their career.”
AI doesn’t change that calculus for companies that hire Juniors earlier in their careers.

All companies who say they only hire seniors end up with expensive juniors.
