We've been talking about moving into the apartment above the cafe.

The woman who was living there moved out earlier this month.

If I lived above the cafe, I could bike to NEHI and (aside from the hill) the makerspace.

I have an electric bike, it could probably take the hill.

I haven't biked in years.
